Dance and Creativity During Lockdown

We have been working with some of our dance participants on a film project exploring movement during lock down. The film has been curated and produced by Eleanor Brown. 32 participants worked to produce this memorial film marking the legacy of these unusual times. We hope you like it!
 
Ghost Protocol:
Rubicon has been offering its students and future audition candidates a chance to get ahead with some bespoke dance training prior to the start of the new academic year in September 2020. We have been working remotely via digital link every day for six weeks. Some of the participants worked with us on a little project creating movement for camera. We hope you enjoy.

Active Dancing with Parkinson's at Rubicon
             
Rubicon Dance's new Active Dancing with Parkinson's session is for people who want a more intense and challenging session than a standard Dance for Parkinson's class. It is aimed at people with Parkinson's that lead an active life, including those with Young Onset. We are absolutely thrilled to have won the Dance Advocacy Award for Wales Wide Training Programme, a programme managed by Rubicon since it was established in 2013.
