Studio hire

Studio hire in Cardiff for local artists, community groups and organisations. Our two studios are the perfect space for dance workshops, rehearsals and meetings.
What we do

Rubicon offers dance opportunities and classes for adults and children across South Wales.
Ballet

Ballet classes for adults in Cardiff. Enjoy our friendly and supportive sessions, which offer progression from level 1 to level 3 skills.
GCSE Dance

Our GCSE in Dance aims to broaden students' knowledge of dance through technical and creative practical tasks, as well as the study of professional choreographic work.
Community Over 50's Programme

Rubicon run a range of sessions across Cardiff, Newport and the Vale of Glamorgan for people aged 50 and over. These include seated and standing sessions, as well as a performance group.
Apprenticeships and Mentoring

Opportunities to train as a community dance apprentice with Rubicon across Cardiff, Newport and The Vale of Glamorgan. In 2013 the Rubicon apprentice training model was rolled out and used by other organisations across Wales.
Street Dance

*Currently on Hold for 2024* Fun, friendly and creative Street Dance at Rubicon for children and young people aged 8–16.
Contemporary
