We provide dance in a range of health and wellbeing settings across the community to help those who need it most, whether that be the elderly, disabled, or those living with and recovering from illness. Rubicon's Active Dancing with Parkinson's session is for people with Parkinson's seeking a fun physical activity that can be shaped to suit them. Read more
Rubicon’s work with LATCH, the Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity, uses fun, creativity and movement to help support children at the Oncology Unit, Children's Hospital Wales. Read more
Rubicon works alongside Women Connect First, The Stroke Association, and the CAVHB Community Neurological Rehabilitation Services to deliver high quality dance-health sessions. Read more

Rubicon run a range of sessions across Cardiff, Newport and the Vale of Glamorgan for people aged 50 and over. These include seated and standing sessions, as well as a performance group. Read more
