Our Stow Park over 60's session contains both seated and standing content.

The session begins seated focusing on coordination, body awareness, mobility and stamina. It then focuses on a range of exercises behind the chair. These exercises are repeated week by week to help improve balance, posture, flexibility and strength. The session ends with everybody learning fun, basic choreography where movement is constantly being adapted in order to suit everybody who attends.
