I set up a weekly programme of dance sessions for children at the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales in 2012. Our dance highly skilled dance practitioners lead tailored sessions at the childrens bedsides or on the ward playrooms to help keep children stimulated, moving and to give them something fun and normal to do whilst in hospital (some are admitted and stay for several weeks/months). We have worked with hundreds of children over the years from babies through to teenagers.

Having set up this programme nine years ago and seeing how the children respond to the sessions even when they are very poorly makes fundraising for the sessions so completely worthwhile.
