Rubicon prides itself on creating a dance hub that offers communities of Cardiff and Newport opportunities for training in participatory dance practice. The organisation has built a reputation for opportunity, providing apprenticeships and work experience placements whilst valuing the work of our volunteers and ongoing partnerships with other arts organisations, stake holders and sponsors.
