Young Dancer's Programme / Rhaglen Dawnswyr Ifanc

Are you between 14 - 18 years of age with a real interest and skill in dance? Would you like to work towards auditioning for our flagship youth dance group, Nubrico, or our full-time dance training course? You can choose from lots of different weekly sessions and when you do three or more each week you can become a Rubicon Young Dancer. You will join us for theatre visits, performances (and fundraising) and gain nationally recognised dance qualifications. Come and talk to Emma, Tracey or Sharon if you would like more details.

Rubicon One Year Full Time Dance Training Course / Cwrs Dawns Blwyddyn amser Llawn

The full-time course runs from September to July. The minimum age is 16, there is no maximum age. Students spend the year developing their dance potential in a range of styles and contexts with a strong focus on physical awareness, technical ability and creative skills. In addition, students gain further experience by contributing to the education and community work undertaken by Rubicon and become part of regular programmes, projects and performances. Accreditation is nationally recognised through Open College Network and course provision is through the WEA.

Be a Rubicon Volunteer / Gwirfoddoli gyda Rubicon

Rubicon welcomes people aged 16 or over with an hour (or more) a week to join sessions as a volunteer. This can involve working with all ages and abilities in their sessions across Cardiff and Newport as well as helping to organise events and performances.
